However, if a product is not available in our North American facilities, it may be shipped from international fulfillment centers, which can affect delivery times. We always aim to use the most efficient and cost-effective route for your order.

Estimated delivery times vary based on product location and customer destination:

• From U.S./Canada warehouses: 5–12 business days

• From international warehouses (e.g., Asia): 10–25 business days

Please note that these are estimated timeframes and not guaranteed. Delays due to customs, carrier logistics, weather conditions, or other unforeseen events may occur. We are not responsible for delays once the item has been handed off to the shipping carrier.

Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped. Tracking availability may vary by item and destination.

6. Pricing and Currency

All prices on Shopional.com are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time without prior notice. Taxes, shipping fees, and other charges will be calculated at checkout, where applicable.

7. Returns and Refunds
