Note: Minor delays in shipping or dissatisfaction with product expectations (e.g., quality, size, color variation) may not qualify for a refund.

4. Return Process
Do not send any items back to Shopional.com directly. If a return is required by the supplier, we will provide you with the proper instructions and return address (which may vary by product origin).
All return costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the supplier explicitly states otherwise.
5. Time Frame for Requests
All refund or return requests must be submitted to sales@shopional.com within 7 days of receiving your item. Requests submitted beyond this window may not be accepted.
